Letter 1/13

hey there mom lol i can´´t do smiley faces cause the keyboard is set into spanish, which is really dumb. oh well, more lols i guess. lol i´´ll work on the pictures and i´´ll send another card here soon, i´´m sending some stuff to aubrey so it´´ll probably be in there on it´´s way soon

lol work and lessons and studying, it´´s pretty ridiculous, i´´m sure dad has given you a little insight, but no joke, it´´s constantly either studying, planning, teaching, or being taught for sixteen hours a day, with a little time for meals gym and personal time at the very end of the day.

glad to hear about this challenge, i had to set aside my just normal bom reading for a bit because of teaching, but this week i was able to finish myself and i loved knowing that i have read it all the way through and i understood and remember mor this time. that study guide sounds pretty awesome i´´ll have to try and find something like it here

i don´´t think i´´ll have time later on today, but i´´ll see, it´´s pretty busy and this computer is retarded.

anyway, i only have a little bit of time left, i might start not hopping on in the morning and just in the afternoon so i have more time about one thirty to two ish.

well, anyways, a little about my life. lol it´´s still going great, you know all the studying is great, learning a lot and just keeping my pace. lol it´´s hard sometimes, well most the time lol but i´´ll try to stay positive. thus far i have had several investigators, Abel, Roberto, josue, and now carlos, abel and roberto were both brother patiƱo and he just switched classes, he´´s now a zone resource teacher instead of our class teacher, he made the byu soccer team and they have practice every morning. so our new teacher is breather hainsworth, who thus far i really like, he uses different vocab than i know so i should learn more as i listen to him.

josue just commited to being baptized the 16th of february, which is awesome because he was really having a hard time doing commitments and following up on anything. so, we´´ll work pretty hard to get his excitement up because it is almost non existant at the moment. but, yeah, and carlos, his family is reactivated but he was never baptized, he´´s seventeen, and wants to dedicate some time to the lord as gratitude so, cross our fingers, we will get him baptized ordained and on his mission here soon lol

so, that´´s how teaching is going, lol learning the language is kicking my butt, but i keep learning a little more each day, it feels like i will really never get it down, but i just saw brother glazier again yesterday and he said he could have us come in and teach him lessons or role play whenever he´´s not busy and we have time.

anyway, timewise, i´´m out so,

i love you all so very muchi appreciate all the support you give me, the letters and everything make it really awesome to know who all has my back.

I´´ll write again next week and try to let you know what all i´´m really up to everyday.

All of you get a big hug, well hug or handshake sorry lol
all are in my thoughts,

the ´´ is doubleing up, so, sorry about that,

And to sister webb, and all the webb family, i´m really sorry about what happened, but you know this as well as i do, probably more because of your prayers, you will be together again, i know it with all of my heart, and now i´m teaching it with the authority of a missionary of God, families are eternal.
i love you so much, and hope you are doing well.

Letter, 12/30

Dearest family, I really had a tough time getting on the computers today so i have very little time :P anyway, I love hearing how wonderful christmas went, super glad it all was fun and family time and that you all felt the spirit of christmas. :D i printed off the email you sent, so i'll possibly just write a big letter and you can type it into the blog. :)

i did indeed hear about aubrey coming over, she had a wonderful time and i'm thrilled to hear you all enjoyed having her there as well. :)
christmas square sounds like it was a blast :) i do hope it will be there when i get back, i'm going through jesus the christ and several of the other books i'm allowed as well as the scriptures, just about finished with helaman, lol i started when i got here. lol sooo much study time, either language study, preparing lessons, or putting my lesson into the few words that i can actually speak. That is definitely the hard part, figuring out how to say what i want to say. and then making it even more basic so that i can actually say the message of what i want to share. we have three investigators right now, roberto with a wife and son, jose with a wife and two sons, and josue who is 22 single with background in utah. and keeping them straight, prepared for and praying about all of them individually is ridiculously hard, keeps my mind spining all the time. i definitely understand how the mission can keep your mind off being homesick. as long as you keep working, you never have time for personal lonely thoughts. it definitely makes things nice, when my thoughts as i fall asleep are how to help them now and less of how lonely it feels sometims.

anyways, all of those presents sounds like so much fun, and i hope my presents to everybody are being used as well :) lol i can't believe how much everyone has grown, it's so crazy.... i will come back and look like a little dwarf... lol well maybe not that bad, maybe just about hobbit comparison. ;) I can't wait to see you all in pictures :)

hugs and handshakes to everyone,
everyone write letters to me ;D
