1st Companion
On December 6th we went to President Drapers office for Andrew to be set apart as a missionary. What I hadn't realized or even considered, was that after he was set apart....he was actually a full time missionary and needed a companion. So Josh was asked to fulfill that role. He did a fabulous job. Although the reality that there was no TV, no movies, no ipod, no radio or cds, no video games, no phone, no texting, there was companion study and early bedtime was a real shocker!

What a great experience for Josh! I'm sure it is one he will never forget!! Thanks for sharing this. I can't wait to read more about all of Elder Austin's adventures. I'm so happy for him and your entire family. You are going to be so blessed during this time. Love ya!!
