a few lessons ago with abel we had a fantastic lesson, it just went perfectly we all spoke what we wanted and got the message across thanks to the spirit, a lesson after that though we didn't do so well, just trying to get the language distracted us from giving the right message. We got our first investigator to get baptized though, we could definitely tell that it wasn't us though that converted him, our lesson wasn't so great, but thatnks to his strong testimony that had developed, he got past our struggles and saw what we wanted to say. it was really exciting to see and it helped us get past our attempts to feel down about the iffy lesson. \
Haven't talked about the district much yet, we have eleven missionaries in total, which from the reactions is a bit of a bigger district, and only two of us will gleave, going to the peru mtc in two weeks. so that leaves nine of us instead of some of the districts i've seen with four or five left. all the rest are going to mexico, with seven of the nine in my mission, and there are a few i have met that are in my mission that aren't in my district, so we should have a ton of missionaries going to mexico when we all go.
so, i did recieve a bunch of dear elders, i almost typed johns lol, weird,... but i really really appreciated them, right now, and i think the whole time i'm gone, a little letter really makes the difference when the district leader hands you some papers with messages from people you know and you know they care about you. lol it's exciting to get stuff. :)
any way, to save some time for later today i'll send this now and see if i get a reply by two to three ish lol
